Project
We developed a group housing project intended for rental, with a view to enhancing the value of the land, while keeping it in the family. As this is a very large plot of land located in a residential area but currently cultivated by a farmer, it was important to give this project a feeling of creating a home within a park, showing no delimitation for private gardens and no vehicles on the grounds.
For this reason, the buildings have been set up on the periphery of the plot, creating a shared friendly space in the centre. The apartments will mainly consist of 4, 5 and 6 rooms, all of which are of the through type, spread over 3 levels with a flat green roof.
