Project
As part of the company’s development, it had become essential to expand the cafeteria and modernise its kitchen, in order to offer employees a friendly environment with a clear expression of the brand. Instead of transforming the existing premises, the option chosen allowed us to extend the site by constructing a new building.
While its architectural expression (ventilated facade with Eternit finish) is deliberately different from the other buildings on the site, its volume and structural grid reflect the elements originally defined.
The whole system thus retains its functional homogeneity. The kitchen and cafeteria are on the ground floor, the 1st floor is reserved for reception rooms and opens onto a large terrace on the side of existing buildings, while the 2nd floor houses the brand’s museum.
Particular attention has been paid to the finishing details, as well as to the choice of materials and colours, both for the facades and for the interior fittings. The structural design allows us to support broad spans by using well-dimensioned load-bearing points, thus freeing up the largest possible surfaces without obstruction.
