Raising height in three dimensions
Conversion and elevation of a house on the lake shore.
As the house is located on the 30m non-buildable limit of the lake shore, the authorisation to increase its height was granted on condition that the existing height at the tip of the roof is not exceeded. Thus, instead of simply adding a new floor to the house, we reworked the volume and in particular the roof, thus giving the house a new silhouette.
